Contest Period: June 1 at 12:00 AM EST through July 31 at 11:59 PM EST

Method 1 - Purchase Entry (Recommended):

Make any purchase of Health Harbor Nutrition's Advanced Multi Collagen Protein during the contest period
Each purchase equals one (1) entry
Entries are automatically registered upon completed purchase
No additional action required

Method 2 - Free Mail-In Entry:

Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card
Mail to: Health Harbor Nutrition Contest, 721 Aspen Heights Ln Suite 747, Auburn AL 36830
Envelope must be postmarked during the contest period
Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person/household

Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
Must be a legal resident of the United States
Employees of Health Harbor Nutrition, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible
Void where prohibited by law

Grand Prize: One (1) Ninja Kitchen System (approximate retail value $249)

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
Drawing will occur within 48 hours after contest end date
Winner will be notified via email within 5 business days
Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim prize
If winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected

Limit one (1) prize per person/household
Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes
Health Harbor Nutrition is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries
Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules
Health Harbor Nutrition reserves the right to modify or cancel contest if necessary
Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release

Information collected will only be used for contest administration and marketing communications
Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties

Any disputes arising from this contest will be resolved according to Alabama state law
