Matcha Collagen Boost Waffles

The “Matcha Collagen Power Waffles” give you a flavorful and health-boosting twist on the classic waffle, combining protein, collagen, and the power of matcha in one delicious dish!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Advanced Multi Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1 cup oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or regular sugar
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: collagen powder, oat flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, matcha powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: almond milk, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

  5. Lightly grease your waffle iron, then pour in the batter and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions (typically 3-5 minutes or until golden brown).
