Creamy Hummus Delight

This yummy and tasty "Creamy Hummus Delight" is a must add to your daily meal prep. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Advanced Multi Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons water (for thinning, if needed)
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and collagen powder.
  2. Process until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and process again until creamy.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with extra olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika and fresh parsley.
  5. Serve with warm pita bread, veggies, or use as a spread for sandwiches.
