
Creamy Hummus Delight

This yummy and tasty "Creamy Hummus Delight" is a must add to your daily meal prep.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Advanced Multi Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons water (for thinning, if needed)
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and collagen powder.
- Process until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and process again until creamy.
- Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with extra olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika and fresh parsley.
- Serve with warm pita bread, veggies, or use as a spread for sandwiches.
