Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Advanced Multi Collagen Protein Powder
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1 small garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salsa or sour cream for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach, cooking for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
