Cheesy Spinach Quesadilla

Enjoy this “Cheesy Collagen-Infused Spinach Quesadilla” as a tasty, protein-packed meal that’s easy to make and full of flavor!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Advanced Multi Collagen Protein Powder
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 small garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Salsa or sour cream for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped spinach, cooking for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Stir in the collagen powder, ensuring it mixes well with the spinach.
  4. Place one tortilla in a clean, heated skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella or cheddar cheese, followed by the sautéed spinach mixture. Add feta cheese if desired.
  5. Top with the second tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the skillet, slice into quarters, and serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
